Red Top-Up Ink For Shiny Message Stamps
Shiny 9SO-62 is red refill ink in a 10 ml bottle for Shiny pre-inked stamps, the red counterpart to 9SO-63, made by Shiny and distributed in Australia by Staedtler.
Most Shiny pre-inked message stamps print in red, from APPROVED and RECEIVED to URGENT and OVERDUE. Once the stamp starts printing patchy, a few drops of 9SO-62 on the stamp restore the colour, and the Staedtler catalogue lists this red bottle as the refill for that range. Shiny list the ink for its OA pre-inked stamps only.
Per Staedtler it is oil based with a capacity of 10 ml. The second photo shows the method: hold the stamp face up, add ink from the nozzle, then let it absorb before you stamp again.
