E-MAIL Stamp For Electronic Correspondence
The Shiny 9SEN927-2 is a pre-inked red stamp carrying the word E-MAIL in big, heavy block capitals, for paper that has a digital twin.
Plenty of offices still print incoming email for a file, or print a letter that will also go out electronically. Stamping E-MAIL on the page records how it arrived or how it is being sent, so whoever picks up the file later knows not to post it again or to look for the original in the inbox.
On Staedtler's chart this is the boldest word in the column: thick, upright sans serif letters with no border and no space for a date. If you need to record when something went out, the sister stamp 9SEN926-2 prints E-MAILED with a box for the date.
Shiny build the stamp and Staedtler Australia supply it here. The colour number 2 on the end of the code means red, and the ink lives inside the stamp. Staedtler list Shiny 9SO-62 as the red refill for when impressions lighten.
Related stamps sit in message stamps and date stamps, and the refill is under stamp inks.
