RECEIVED Stamp With A Blank Panel For The Date
Shiny 9SEN203-2 stamps RECEIVED in red with an open panel inside the word, so incoming items carry both the received mark and a handwritten date.
The large outline R and D form the ends, ECEIVE runs in small capitals across the top, and below them sits an empty rounded box, as Staedtler's catalogue sample shows. Write the date of arrival, the initials of whoever opened it, or a register number.
Records teams, legal practices and accounts payable often need proof of when a document arrived, for payment terms or response deadlines. A dated received mark on the original gives that record without a separate date stamp.
Pre-inked, so no pad. Made by Shiny, distributed by Staedtler, and refilled with Staedtler's listed red ink 9SO-62.
