PAID Stamp In Blue With A Date Box
Shiny's 9SEN201-3 pre-inked stamp prints PAID in blue outline letters around an empty box, so you can mark an invoice as settled and write in the payment date.
Accounts staff often want paid marks in a different colour from the red overdue and urgent stamps on the same desk. This blue version lets a settled invoice stand apart, and the box takes the date, a receipt number or a cheque number written by hand.
Staedtler's chart shows a large outline P and D at each end with AI running along the top and the date box sitting underneath. The same design is listed in red as 9SEN201-2; the 3 on this code is the colour number for blue.
This is a Shiny stamp brought to Australia by Staedtler, and it comes pre-inked. When impressions lighten, the refill in Staedtler's list is the 9SO-63 blue bottle.
For the red version and other accounts wording see message stamps, or try a self-inking PAID dater in date stamps. Refills sit in stamp inks.
