FILE COPY Stamp For Retained Paperwork
Shiny's 9SEN132-2 pre-inked stamp marks the copy you keep with FILE COPY in light red italic lettering underlined by a single rule.
Carbon books have gone, but offices still print a letter or form twice: one to send, one to keep. Stamping FILE COPY on the retained sheet means nobody posts it by mistake and anyone reading the file later knows the original went elsewhere.
Staedtler's chart shows a lighter look than most of the range: slim, sloping capitals in red with an underline, rather than heavy block or outline letters. That makes it easy to tell apart from the plain COPY stamps.
Shiny manufacture the stamp and Staedtler Australia distribute it. It is supplied pre-inked, so no pad is involved, and the catalogue gives 9SO-62 in red for re-inking.
The single word FILE stamp and the COPY versions are in message stamps; ink refills are in stamp inks and the brand page is Shiny.
