FILE Stamp For Filing Instructions
The Shiny 9SEN104-2 is a pre-inked stamp that prints FILE in thin, very widely spaced red capitals, a plain instruction that a document is finished with and ready to be put away.
In-trays fill with paper that has been read, actioned and signed but not yet filed. A FILE mark tells the person doing the filing round that the page can go straight into the folder, with no need to ask whether anyone still needs it.
Staedtler's chart shows four letters spaced well apart in a light, upright face, with no border. It is understated next to bold stamps such as ORIGINAL, which suits documents where you do not want a heavy mark across the page.
Shiny are the manufacturer, and Staedtler Australia distribute Shiny stamps here under their own article numbers. The stamp is ready inked; Shiny 9SO-62 red is the pre-inked ink listed for refilling.
See message stamps for FILE COPY and other wording, or stamp inks for the red refill.
