Shiny 9S400-7D2C is a two colour replacement pad in red and blue for three Shiny self-inking message daters, as listed by Staedtler Australia.
Staedtler's catalogue describes the Shiny 9S4 message stamps as two colour, with blue text and a red date. This is the pad that keeps that look. In our photo it is a blue felt pad with a red strip set across the middle, so the date band picks up red while the heading and BY: line around it pick up blue.
Fit is per model. Staedtler list this pad for the S-401 PAID, the S-407 ENTERED and the S-410 EMAILED. Our product name says S-401 to S-410, but the catalogue lists no pad for the four other message daters, S-402 to S-404 and S-406, so read the model on your stamp housing before you order.
The pad is made by Shiny and supplied through Staedtler, the Australian distributor. To top it up, Staedtler list Shiny supreme inks in red 9S62 and blue 9S63, each 28ml and water based. For an all-black impression use 9S400-7B-9 instead.
