FIMO kids 8030-51 is a bright light green block, 42 g of Staedtler's soft oven-bake clay made with children in mind.
Light green is the colour of spring: lawns, leaves, lily pads, caterpillars, frogs and garden vegetables such as peas and lettuce. It brings a base board to life, giving other models somewhere to stand. Staedtler's Happy Bees set pairs light green with yellow, pink and brown.
Make a quick lawn by flattening a portion and texturing it with a toothpick. For deeper foliage, knead in some blue. Staedtler say all FIMO kids colours can be mixed, and the 8 portions give plenty of room to experiment.
Bake at 110°C for 30 minutes when the model is done.
