A Pale Pearly Yellow For Beads And Pastel Projects
FIMO kids 8030-106 is a 42 g block of pearl yellow modelling clay from Staedtler: a pale lemon colour with a soft pearly sheen, quite different from the bright primary yellow 8030-1.
It is one of two pearl shades in FIMO kids, the other being pearl light pink 206. The gentle shimmer suits jewellery beads and pendants, baby chicks, a crescent moon, Easter decorations and pastel unicorn manes, and it looks good next to glitter white and glitter gold.
The clay is soft to knead and comes as 8 scored portions. Staedtler recommend FIMO kids from age 8. Pieces set in the oven at 110°C over 30 minutes; pierce threading holes beforehand.
