White Clay With A Sparkle Through It
FIMO kids 8030-052 is a 42 g block of glitter white oven-bake clay from Staedtler, a white base with fine glitter mixed right through.
Where plain white looks flat, glitter white catches the light, so it suits anything meant to look magical or frosty: snowmen and snowflakes, a unicorn body, angel wings, ice castles and stars to hang on a tree. It sits with gold, silver, red, pink and blue in the glitter shades of the FIMO kids range, and Staedtler also include it in their 8032 02 colour pack.
Like every FIMO kids colour it is very soft to work, comes scored into 8 portions and keeps its shape until it is baked at 110°C for 30 minutes in an ordinary oven. Staedtler suggest the range for children from 8 years.
Other sparkly shades are under FIMO; for bead and charm making see craft jewellery supplies, and for everyday colours modelling clay.
