Deep Chocolate Brown Clay
Staedtler FIMO soft in chocolate (8020-75) is the darkest brown in the soft range short of black, sold as a single 57 g block.
Use it where a piece needs depth without going black. Typical jobs:
Chocolate cakes, brownies, ganache and choc chips on miniature desserts. Tree trunks, branches and soil on dioramas. Hair, eyebrows and boots on figurines. Thin outlines rolled into fine snakes and laid around lighter colours to make them stand out.
Because the block is split into 8 portions, a quarter can go into a mix and the rest stays wrapped in the resealable pack. Chocolate darkens caramel or cognac quickly, so add it in small pieces. It can also be worked together with FIMO professional, which Staedtler name as compatible.
Oven-harden finished chocolate work using the pack setting of 110°C and a 30 minute bake.
