Pale Aqua For Beads, Charms And Seaside Scenes
FIMO 8020-305 is aqua, a light pastel blue in Staedtler's 57g standard block of oven-bake modelling clay, currently sold by Staedtler as part of the FIMO soft range.
Fimo Effect pastel aqua is the older name, taken from the wrapper this colour used to come in; that earlier pack is the second photo. Staedtler's website and Australian catalogue now list article 8020-305 with the same barcode as FIMO soft aqua.
Aqua is a cool, watery shade. Use it for sea glass style beads, waves and fish on a seaside plaque, baby blue charms or the sky on a small scene, and blend it with white for an even softer tint. Staedtler describe FIMO soft as soft and smooth, for beginners and hobby artists, and split each block into 8 portions so small amounts are easy to break off.
To set it, bake for 30 minutes at 110°C in a domestic oven, following Staedtler's directions. The clay mixes with other FIMO soft and FIMO professional colours, and Staedtler state it is made in Germany.
