Raspberry Pink Red Polymer Clay
Raspberry is the vivid pink red of the FIMO soft range, article 8020-22, supplied by Staedtler as a 57 g oven-bake block.
Reach for raspberry when the job is berries, roses, cherry blossom centres, lips, hearts or Valentine and Mother's Day charms. It is brighter and pinker than cherry red, and more saturated than light pink, so it holds its own against white and black in patterned work.
Staedtler say FIMO soft is especially for beginners and hobby artists and is infinitely versatile, for jewellery, accessories and home deco items. Raspberry blended with white gives a candy pink; with a touch of purple it deepens to fuchsia.
The block is cut into 8 portions so you can portion out petals or beads evenly. Bake at 110°C for 30 minutes and finish with a FIMO varnish for a glossy berry.
