Sunflower: Warm Golden Yellow
FIMO soft 8020-16 is sunflower, a warm golden yellow, supplied as a single 57 g Staedtler block that hardens in the oven.
It is warmer than lemon, the cooler, greener yellow in the range, which makes it the right choice for sunflower petals, bees, ducklings, egg yolks, cheese, smiley faces and sunny bead mixes. Next to tangerine and the reds it forms a warm sunset palette.
Each block is divided into 8 portions. For yellows that need to stay clean, wash and dry hands before handling, since a light colour picks up traces of darker clay. Sunflower is also one of the colours Staedtler offer as a 454 g FIMO soft large block, which we list for bigger projects and classes.
Bake sunflower pieces for 30 minutes with the oven set to 110°C.
