Five Professional 2 mm Leadholders, Sharpener Built In
Staedtler Mars technico 780 C is the professional-quality leadholder for 2 mm leads, supplied here as a box of 5 with an HB lead in each.
A leadholder grips a single 2 mm lead in clutch jaws and lets out as much as you want with each press, so you can draw a long fine point for drafting or a short stub for broad sketching. Staedtler build the 780 C with a metal clip, push-button and knurled metal grip zone, and put a lead pointer into the push-button: pull the cap, insert the lead and turn to bring it back to a point.
The clip shows the hardness degree, handy when you keep several holders loaded with different grades. Staedtler suggest Mars carbon 200 leads, which we stock in grades from 4H to 4B, list the 780 C as PVC and latex free, and state it is made in Germany. A box of five suits a drawing office or a teacher equipping a studio bench.
