Staedtler Mars 56198DINBK is the DIN version of the Mars 561 triangular reduction scale ruler, with 1:2.5, 1:5, 1:10, 1:20, 1:50 and 1:100.
This is the version to pick when the drawing is of an object rather than a building. Ratios of 1:2.5, 1:5 and 1:10 suit furniture, joinery and product parts, and the ruler still reaches 1:50 and 1:100 for general arrangement views. Staedtler call it the DIN version; that is their name for this scale set, and they publish no further standard statement for it.
