Staedtler 488 56-2 is a red refill station with 30 ml of ink, made for the Lumocolor flipchart markers 356 and 356 B.
Red is what presenters use to circle, underline and flag the point that matters, so the red marker in a set is often the first to wear out. This pot lets you bring it back instead of buying a whole new wallet to replace one colour.
Remove the cap and seat the tip in the station. Staedtler say the marker is ready to use again minutes later and is completely refilled after 3 to 4 hours; it cannot overfill because it only takes up its own maximum ink content. Their catalogue rates the 356 at up to 9 refills, depending on tip condition. The polypropylene pot is made in Germany, according to Staedtler.
