A Counter Display Of 280 Pigment Arts Pens
Staedtler 37 CA280 is a Pigment Arts pen display that Staedtler's Australian price list describes as 280 assorted colours, supplied as one unit.
It suits a shop counter, a university or TAFE art store, or a school art room that wants the Multi Ink range on hand in one go rather than box by box. Our photo shows a printed carton with clear hexagonal trays, the pens sorted by colour, and each group of trays marked with a small tip pictogram. Staedtler make Multi Ink in four pen models: the 371 brush pen with a medium-strength tip, the 372 with a softer brush, the 375 calligraphy pen at about 2.0mm and the 376 pigment pen at about 1.0mm in black.
Every pen shares Multi Ink. Staedtler call this translucent pigment India ink permanent, waterproof when dry, strongly resistant to fading and clean on the back of the sheet. Staedtler do not publish how the 280 pens split by model or colour, so treat the photo as a guide to the layout rather than a count.
