Light Carmine Pastel Highlighting With A Fine To Broad Tip
Staedtler triplus Textsurfer 362 C-210 is a slim triangular highlighter in light carmine, a soft pastel pink, sold as a box of 10.
The triplus Textsurfer has a soft, variable tip: hold it upright for a fine line under a single word, or lay it over for a broad band, from about 1 to 4 mm. Light carmine gives a gentle pink tint that marks text without shouting, which suits planners, lecture notes and journal pages where neon would overpower the writing.
The barrel is triangular and made of PP, with a clip, and Staedtler describe the tip as locked, so heavy pressure will not drive it into the barrel. Staedtler also list the 362 as airplane-safe, with automatic pressure equalisation to stop leaks on board aircraft.
One note on printouts: Staedtler's INK-JET SAFE label for the triplus Textsurfer excludes the pastel range, so test light carmine on an inkjet page first. The same colour is part of the 362 CSB6 pastel wallet of 6.
