Staedtler 334-55 is the triplus fineliner in green earth, a soft olive-leaning green, packed ten to a box with every pen in that one colour.
Where a bright green shouts, green earth sits back on the page. It suits leaf outlines in a nature journal, plant names in a garden diary, contour notes on a printed map and the stems and foliage around a hand-lettered heading. Because the line is approx. 0.3 mm, it holds detail such as leaf veins without filling in.
Each pen has the triplus three-sided barrel, which Staedtler shape for relaxed and easy writing, and a superfine metal-clad tip. The ink is water-based, washes easily out of most textiles according to Staedtler, and is DRY SAFE, so a pen left uncapped for days on an outdoor sketching trip should still write.
