Staedtler 318 WP8 is the eight-colour Lumocolor permanent wallet: yellow, orange, red, violet, blue, green, brown and black, each with the fine F tip of about 0.6 mm.
Eight shades let you run a colour code that goes beyond the basic four, for example one colour per shift, batch, customer or project phase. Yellow and orange show well on dark plastics, while violet and brown add two more distinct codes.
Staedtler call Lumocolor permanent a universal pen that marks almost every material, including overhead film and CDs, and say its marks resist smudging and water on nearly every surface. It dries within seconds and has a low odour. Staedtler only claim lightfastness for the black.
The pens are made in Germany, DRY SAFE when uncapped and airplane-safe, with a locked tip and PP barrel. The STAEDTLER wallet opens into a stand.
