Six Superfine Colours, Orange And Brown Included
Staedtler Lumocolor 311 WP6 holds six superfine non-permanent pens, adding orange and brown to the usual red, blue, green and black, for anyone who runs out of distinct colours with a basic four.
The two extra shades matter when you colour-code: orange and brown let a timetable, a floor plan or a set of lab racks carry six categories instead of four, while every line stays at the superfine S width of about 0.4 mm. Fine enough for small labels on vials, overlays on maps and neat notes on acetate.
Staedtler call the 311 a universal pen for almost all surfaces and list it as suitable for overhead projection. Their water-soluble ink dries fast and a damp cloth removes it from film. Of the six colours, only black is described as lightfast. The pens have PP barrels and caps, tips locked against heavy pressure and pressure equalisation for flights.
The wallet is the stand-up STAEDTLER box, which opens into a stand. Refill any pen from refill station 487 15. Staedtler state they are made in Germany.
