Green Superfine Lines You Can Wipe Away
Staedtler Lumocolor 311-5 is the green version of the superfine non-permanent universal pen, packed ten to a box for desks, labs and classrooms that mark in more than one colour.
Green earns its place as the "approved" colour: tick off checked figures on a printed transparency, trace a second route on a laminated map, or label one batch of sample tubes apart from another. Because the 311 draws an S line of about 0.4 mm, small handwriting and fine diagram lines stay legible.
In Staedtler's description this is a universal pen that marks almost any surface and works on overhead projection film. Its water-soluble ink dries quickly, and a damp cloth takes it back off film, so the same sheet can be reused. A locked tip stays put under heavy pressure, the barrel and cap are PP, and automatic pressure equalisation stops leaks on aircraft.
When the ink runs low the pen can be topped up from Staedtler refill station 487 15 rather than thrown out. Staedtler state the 311 is made in Germany.
