Violet Noris Writing Pen For A Different Kind Of Feedback
Staedtler 307-6 is the Noris writing pen in violet, sold as purple here: a box of 10 fineliners with a sturdy plastic tip and a line of approx. 0.6 mm.
Violet, the colour Staedtler use for this pen, fills a gap between the strict red of corrections and the everyday blue and black. Teachers use it for encouraging comments, students for a creative writing draft or vocabulary list, and adults for a personal journal that stands apart from work notes.
The pen is the same Noris writing pen built for learners moving from pencil to pen: Staedtler say the plastic tip resists pressure and moves smoothly across the page. Ink on a sleeve is no disaster either, since Staedtler say this water-based formula washes out of most textiles easily, and DRY SAFE keeps a capless pen working for days. The polypropylene barrel and cap are made for long service.
For a classroom, violet also comes in a cardboard cup of 50.
