The Stabilo CarbOthello chalk-pastel coloured pencil in Caput Mortuum Violet delivers highly pigmented colour with a charcoal-like feel. The 4.4 mm diameter lead can be blended or smudged with fingertips or a blending stump, and is partially aquarellable - allowing pigments to be worked with a brush and water while contours remain visible.
Available in a range of 60 shades, these pencils work wet or dry and produce dramatic results on dark backgrounds and specialist papers. Excellent light-fastness ensures lasting vibrancy, and finished artwork can be treated with a fixative for superior results.
