The Stabilo CarbOthello chalk-pastel coloured pencil in Parisian Blue delivers a charcoal-like feel with highly pigmented, luminous colour. The 4.4 mm diameter lead can be dry-blended or smudged with fingertips or a blending stump, and areas can be worked wet with a brush for aquarelle effects - contours remain visible. Excellent light-fastness ensures lasting results, and finished work can be treated with a fixative for added durability.
Part of a 60-shade collection, this pencil performs beautifully on dark backgrounds and specialist papers. Use it dry for bold strokes or wet for softer washes - a versatile tool for artists and art students at any level.
