The Stabilo CarbOthello chalk-pastel coloured pencil in Grey White delivers a charcoal-like feel with highly pigmented colour and excellent light-fastness. The 4.4 mm diameter lead blends and smudges easily with fingertips or a blending stump, and is partially aquarellable - allowing pigments to be worked with a brush and water while contours remain visible.
This pencil performs exceptionally on dark backgrounds and specialist papers, and can be used wet or dry. Available as part of a range of 60 colour shades, it suits art students, practising artists, and anyone creating detailed pastel artwork. Finished pieces can be treated with a fixative for superior, lasting results.
