The Stabilo CarbOthello chalk-pastel coloured pencil in Bister delivers a charcoal-like feel with highly pigmented colour that can be blended, smudged, or worked wet with a brush and water. With a 4.4 mm diameter lead and excellent light-fastness, it performs beautifully on dark backgrounds and specialist papers, with contours remaining visible after aquarelle technique.
Available across a range of 60 colour shades, these pencils can be dry-blended using fingertips or a blending stump, highlighted with a white pencil, and finished with a fixative for lasting results. Suitable for art students, practising artists, and creative professionals seeking versatile pastel pencil performance.
