The Stabilo CarbOthello chalk-pastel coloured pencil in Carmine Deep Red delivers a rich, charcoal-like feel with highly pigmented colour that blends, smudges, and lifts beautifully. With a 4.4 mm diameter lead, it works wet or dry and is partially aquarellable, letting you work pigments with a brush and water while keeping contours visible.
Suited to dark backgrounds and specialist papers, this pencil offers excellent light-fastness and can be finished with a fixative for lasting results. Available as part of a range of 60 colour shades, it suits art students, practising artists, and anyone working on detailed pastel artwork.
