The Stabilo CarbOthello chalk-pastel coloured pencil in Dark Ochre delivers highly pigmented colour with a charcoal-like feel. It can be blended, smudged with fingertips or a blending stump, and is partially aquarellable - allowing pigments to be worked with a brush and water while keeping contours visible. Excellent light-fastness ensures lasting results, and finished artwork can be treated with a fixative for superior protection.
With a 4.4 mm diameter lead, this pencil performs on both light and dark backgrounds as well as specialist and delicate papers. Available individually as part of a range of 60 colour shades, it suits art students, practising artists, and anyone working with pastel techniques.
