The Stabilo CarbOthello chalk-pastel coloured pencil in Ultramarine delivers rich, highly pigmented colour with a charcoal-like feel. The 4.4 mm diameter lead blends and smudges easily with fingertips or a blending stump, and areas can be worked wet or dry for a range of artistic effects. Excellent light-fastness ensures finished work holds its colour over time.
Part of a range of 60 colour shades, these pencils perform beautifully on dark backgrounds and specialist papers. The pigments are partially aquarellable - apply water with a brush to blend colour while leaving contours intact. Finished artwork can be treated with a fixative for superior, lasting results.
