The Stabilo CarbOthello chalk-pastel coloured pencil in Violet Light delivers rich, highly pigmented colour with a charcoal-like feel. The 4.4 mm diameter lead can be blended or smudged with fingertips or a blending stump, and works wet or dry for a wide range of artistic effects. Excellent light-fastness ensures finished artwork stays vivid over time.
Part of a range spanning 60 colour shades, this pencil performs beautifully on dark backgrounds and specialist papers. Partially aquarellable pigments respond to brush and water while contours remain visible. Finished pieces can be treated with a fixative for a superior result.
