The Stabilo CarbOthello chalk-pastel coloured pencil in Ultramarine Middle delivers highly pigmented colour with a charcoal-like feel. It can be blended and smudged with fingertips or a blending stump, used wet or dry, and is partially aquarellable - allowing pigments to be worked with a brush and water while contours remain visible. The 4.4 mm diameter lead offers excellent light-fastness and produces dramatic results on dark backgrounds and specialist papers.
Part of a range of 60 colour shades, these pencils suit art students, practising artists, and anyone creating detailed or expressive artworks. Finished pieces can be treated with a fixative for superior, lasting results.
