The Stabilo CarbOthello chalk-pastel coloured pencil in Ultramarine Light delivers highly pigmented colour with a charcoal-like feel that can be blended, smudged, or worked wet with a brush and water. With a 4.4 mm diameter lead and excellent light-fastness, it performs on dark backgrounds and specialist papers with confident, luminous results.
Available as part of a 60-shade collection, these pencils can be dry-blended with fingertips or a blending stump, used wet for aquarelle-style effects, or treated with a fixative for a lasting finish. Areas and outlines can be lightened using the white pencil from the same range.
