Spirax 701 is an A5 Things To Do organiser: a twin wire book with a polypropylene cover, a to-do check box template, a divider pocket and a polypropylene ruler.
A running task list works best when every entry carries the same few details. The pages in our photo are headed Things To Do with a date line, then columns for priority, task, due date and a tick box, so the book doubles as a simple way to sort urgent jobs from the rest and to see at a glance what has been done.
The cover icons point to a removable ruler, a note pocket and the due column. In the photo the ruler is a stiff divider with a centimetre scale and an Important tab. ACCO list the pages as 6mm ruled with a margin and perforated, so finished lists can be torn out. They describe the polypropylene cover as strong, keeping notes in order.
