Spirax P703 is an A4 meeting book with a black polypropylene cover and 140 perforated template pages, twin wire bound, with a pen holder and an internal business card holder.
Minutes are easier to write and far easier to find later when every page follows one layout. Each page in this book is headed with spaces for the date, topic, attendees and meeting objectives, then a notes area, then an action items section with a column of tick boxes, so follow ups do not get buried in the body of the notes.
ACCO list the pages as perforated, which means a page of actions can be torn out and handed to the person responsible or scanned for the file. ACCO give the paper weight as 60gsm. A pen loop on the cover edge keeps a pen with the book, and a holder inside takes business cards collected on the day.
