Duplicate Order Dockets For The Floor Staff
Zions SBE16 is a carbonless duplicate restaurant docket book from the Small Business Essentials range, with 50 numbered sets, sold here as a single book.
Each docket is laid out for table service. Along the top the waiter fills in the table, the number of guests, the date, the time and their own name, then writes the order on ruled lines for the order with a column for amounts. At the bottom are Food, Drinks and a total including GST, plus a tear off strip that repeats the table, persons, date and server, so the kitchen and the till can each keep track of the same order.
Being carbonless duplicate, writing on the top sheet makes a copy below without carbon paper, and the red printed numbers make it easy to match a docket to a bill. The header reads Tax Invoice with a thank you line for the customer.
