Textured pencil grips for developing writers
The Sensory Sprouts Textured Pencil Grips Set, supplier code EVLSPG, contains 28 pencil grips with soft, tactile textures for developing writers and students with sensory needs.
Sensory Sprouts designed this set of 28 Textured Pencil Grips to support developing writers and students with sensory needs. Each grip has soft, tactile textures that add sensory input while encouraging proper finger placement and pencil control. The brand says the grips fit most standard pencils and pens, and come in bright colours.
Sensory Sprouts lists proper pencil grip, fine motor development and tactile feedback for sensory regulation, and says the grips reduce writing fatigue and improve control. The brand suggests them for early learners, occupational therapy sessions and students who experience hand fatigue, in classrooms, learning support and therapy settings.
Fit them to the pencils children already use, and find textured fidgets from the same brand in sensory toys. Learning support teams can add classroom supplies and teacher resources for the rest of a writing station.
