Blue cotton sand in a 700g size that stretches and re-joins
Educational Colours Sensory Cotton Sand 700g Blue, supplier code CS700BL, is the brand's stretchable, mouldable cotton sand in blue, sold in a 700g size.
Educational Colours explains that the sand-like texture can be stretched, squeezed, pinched, pulled apart and moulded, then seamlessly re-joined while keeping an even resistance. Children can shape something, pull it apart and start again with the same handful. The brand notes that bright colours make Cotton Sand appealing for creating fun artwork, and blue is one of the colours offered in this size.
Educational Colours says playing with Cotton Sand is a sensory experience that helps children develop hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills, making it a good fit for the classroom and home. The brand describes large, re-usable tubs for easy storage, so the sand can be kept for later sessions.
The 700g size also comes in green, natural, orange and pink within the Educational Colours range. Explore more sensory toys, practical classroom supplies and the wider educational supplies catalogue for early years learning spaces.
