A large 5kg tub of blue cotton sand for shared sensory play
Educational Colours Sensory Cotton Sand 5kg Blue, supplier code CS5BL, is a 5kg tub of blue sensory sand that stretches, squeezes, pinches, pulls apart, moulds and seamlessly re-joins.
At 5kg this is the largest Cotton Sand size Educational Colours lists, offered in blue and natural. The brand describes a unique sand-like texture that keeps an even resistance as it is worked, so children can model, pull apart and press it back together. It notes that bright colours make Cotton Sand appealing for creating fun artwork.
Educational Colours says Cotton Sand is a sensory experience that helps children develop hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. The brand describes large, re-usable tubs for easy storage, so the sand can be packed away after use. It calls Cotton Sand an activity for the classroom and home.
Use the blue sand with a set of sand moulds to shape it into new forms. Find more sensory toys, the Educational Colours range, classroom supplies for the play area and the wider educational supplies catalogue.
