Hard shell protection for Chromebooks and MacBooks from 11.6 to 14 inches, with carry options built in
The Rivacase 5116 Antishock Hard Shell Case in black provides maximum drop and impact protection for Chromebooks up to 12.4 inches, MacBook Air 13 and MacBook 14, using a water-repellent polyurethane exterior and shock-absorbing EVA interior panels.
Unlike neoprene sleeves, the 5116 uses rigid EVA panels on the interior to absorb and distribute impact - particularly relevant for devices that spend time in bags alongside heavy items. Corner fixing straps secure the device firmly at all four corners to prevent any movement inside the case. Ventilation pads on the base reduce heat build-up if the device is used inside the case.
The case includes padded handles for hand carry and a removable, adjustable shoulder strap for over-the-shoulder carry. The water-repellent exterior handles light rain and moisture. Fits Chromebook 11.6-12.4 inches, MacBook Air 13 and MacBook 14 in a single versatile case.
