Manual Wire Binding for a Regular Office Workload
ACCO Brands publish article 2101440 as a manual wire binder for regular office use, and the specifications below are transcribed from their own datasheet for that article rather than from any sibling model.
Their datasheet states the machine punches up to 15 sheets of 80gsm at once and binds up to 125 sheets using a 14mm wire. Document separating and automatic centring of pages are listed as standard features, and the wire closure control is published for use with standard 34 loop wires. ACCO publish a 2 year parts and labour warranty, a grey finish and Portugal as the country of origin.
Punching and closing are separate actions on a manual binder, so a long document goes through in lifts and the wire is closed once at the end. ACCO Brands list document separating and automatic centring of pages as standard features on this article, and publish the machine for regular office use rather than for a production room.
Wire binding and comb binding are different systems and the elements are not interchangeable, so read the wire size against your own document thickness. Compare the rest of our wire binding machines, the wider binding machines range, and everything in office binding supplies.
