Nineteen Rexel Machines, One Code, Five Thousand Staples
This is the cupboard box of the Rexel No. 56 26/6, and it is the code Rexel back with a named list of their own staplers rather than a general description.
On their page for the 5000 box, and again in ACCO's datasheet for article 06025, Rexel recommend the No. 56 with the Aquarius, Beasti, Buddy, Centor, Eclipse 12, Gazelle, Gemini, Jupiter, Long arm, Long reach, Matador, Polaris 1420, Office 56, Pulsar, Staple Wizard, Taurus, Torador, Ulyssey and Vulcan. That list is why this code is the safe default across a mixed floor of older Rexel machines.
Rexel rate the No. 56 26/6 at up to 20 sheets of 80gsm paper on a 6mm leg, and ACCO record the same 6mm length for this article. Five thousand staples in one carton means the stationery cupboard stops being raided desk by desk, and the colour ACCO record for the code is silver.
Keep a 1000 box at each desk and this one in the store room. Browse the rest of the range under paper staples, the machines under office staplers, and the stapling pliers under plier staplers.
