Rexel publish a 6mm leg length on the No. 23/6 staple and rate it for stapling up to 20 sheets of 80gsm paper in heavy duty staplers and tackers.
The No. 23 series is a heavy duty wire rather than a general desktop staple, and the second number in the code is the leg length in millimetres, which Rexel publish as 6mm here. Rexel state the No. 23/6 is for use with heavy duty staplers and tackers. On our own shelf the Rexel Heavy Duty Tacker, ACCO code 2101209, is documented by Rexel as taking 23/6, 23/8, 23/10 and 23/13 staples.
