Compact Key Reel for Everyday Access
The Rexel 9800502 mini key holder clips to your clothing and lets a key reach the lock without ever leaving the wearer.
Rexel build this reel around a retractable nylon cord that ACCO Australia publish as extending up to 83cm, finished with a 22mm split ring. The body is the smaller of the two sizes Rexel list for this key holder, so it sits flat under a jacket or on the front of a uniform pocket. A clip on the back holds the reel in place while the cord does the reaching.
Keys stay attached to the person rather than left on a bench or in a door, which is what stops them going astray between rooms. The cord draws itself back in, so nothing swings at knee height on a walk across a site, and one ring keeps a small working bunch together.
If you want a metal body instead, compare the sizes in retractable key holders, then step through key accessories, look at lanyards and badge reels for staff who carry a card as well, or see everything from Rexel.
