The Heaviest A4 Gauge Rexel Publish
Rexel 41625 lays 180 micron of gloss film on each side of an A4 sheet, 360 micron of laminate in total, for menus, awards and counter cards that have to behave like board rather than paper.
This is the thickest A4 gauge in the Rexel gloss table. There is more than twice the film of the everyday Rexel gauge in it, so the finished sheet is far stiffer in the hand. Check your machine first, because ACCO Australia publish the Rexel SG300 A4 and A3 laminators as accepting 75 to 125 micron pouches and list this code at 180 micron, which is above that published range.
Rexel describe the sealed laminate as a durable, wipe clean surface that is totally sealed and waterproof, which is exactly what a restaurant menu or a workshop instruction card needs. The gloss face deepens printed colour, and rounded corners come as standard on every Rexel pouch size so a rigid card is safer to handle.
Buy this gauge when the finished piece is going to be picked up all day. Check the lighter options in A4 laminating pouches, compare sizes across laminating pouches, see every consumable in lamination supplies, or browse the Rexel range.
