Twelve Sheets for Simple Shredder Upkeep
Rexel article 2101948 is the twelve sheet box of the A5 oil sheet that Rexel describe as the easiest way to oil your shredder, and it lubricates the cutters as it feeds through.
Rexel publish this sheet in packs of 12 or 20, and both counts carry the same A5 sheet. ACCO Brands publish a shredder type of Non Auto Oiling for the range and describe the sheets as safe to use with most shredder models and brands, recommended for a wide range of Rexel shredders. ACCO Australia's product page says to use one once a month, and Rexel's Optimum AutoFeed+ manual sets its own routine for those machines.
The smaller box is the right holding for one deskside shredder, or for a second unit on another floor that gets far less traffic. It ties up less money on the shelf than a larger pack that may sit unopened, and loading is nothing more than feeding a page, which keeps upkeep from being quietly skipped.
Rexel publish no separate specification for the twelve sheet box beyond the count, so the figures here come from their datasheet for the range. Browse the rest of our shredder oils, the wider paper shredder accessories range, and our office equipment pages.
