Pastel lavender, a soft code colour that stays readable
Rainbow Office Paper A4 Pastel Lavender is 80gsm copy paper, 500 sheets to a ream.
Lavender earns its place in a coding scheme because it is distinct from blue at a glance but does not compete with it in a stack. Offices running more than four colour codes almost always end up here once the obvious colours are used up, and it is the one most often bought on its own rather than in an assorted ream.
At 80gsm it is ordinary copy-paper weight and keeps black text at full contrast, which is why pastels rather than brights are used for anything that gets read closely. The ream wrapper is marked for laser, copier and inkjet use.
A later addition to most colour-coding schemes. Browse our A4 coloured papers, coloured papers and the wider Rainbow paper range. Rainbow sell this 80gsm stock in a range of other colours and pack types.
