A Matrix In/Out Board For Up To 15 Staff, 410 x 280mm
Quartet QT33703 is the smallest Matrix in/out board, listed by ACCO Australia at 410 x 280mm to track up to 15 employees, with magnetic dots that ACCO Australia describe as showing who is in the workplace and who is not.
A marker and accessory magnets come with QT33703 in ACCO Australia's listing. Their feature list describes the surface as magnetic dry erase that doubles as a magnetic bulletin board, built to stand up to frequent use in an office, and names a mounting system for aligning boards side by side. The specification table gives an aluminium frame and a 1 year warranty.
Our photograph shows columns headed Name, IN, OUT, Return and Comments, with a notes strip along the bottom, so a reception desk can read who has left, when they are due back and any comment left for callers. Names and return times go on in marker beside each person.
ACCO Australia list QT33705 for bigger teams of up to 36 employees at 865 x 580mm. A spare marker set is carded below, and more are in whiteboard markers, with buttons in magnets and a magnetic eraser in whiteboard cleaners.
