Blue 20mm Buttons To Give A Team Its Own Colour
On a board shared by several teams, Quartet QTTMB2200 lets a team claim a colour: 10 blue magnetic buttons with a 20mm diameter, for its rosters, handovers and printed notices.
ACCO Australia's page for QTTMB2200 suggests using the buttons to post documents or colour code important dates, and to colour coordinate a Quartet board. Giving each team or shift a colour means a glance across the board shows whose papers are whose, without reading every heading. Blue might mark the day shift, the finance team or a class group, with another colour for the next.
ACCO Australia describe the buttons as holding documents and photos to magnetic surfaces, and advise lifting them off with care to avoid damaging surfaces. Nothing is published on holding strength for QTTMB2200, so how many sheets sit under a button is left for you to test.
